We are based in Norwich NR3 area.

How can I place an order?
Please fill out your details and requirements on our contact form and we will be in touch within 2 - 3 business days to confirm your order.

How much notice should I give for an order?
We prefer at least 31 days notice for an order. If you put in a request less than 31 days notice, we can try to accommodate, but cannot guarantee availability. It is recommended to book in as early as possible.

Can you replicate a cake I found online from another bakery?
Inspiration photos will be used only as a direction and starting point. Whilst we are unable to exactly replicate another artist's design, we would be delighted to discuss the elements you love and use those ideas, along with our creativity to create a cake that is unique and personal to you.
 
What if I’m after a flavour that is not listed on your website?
Please let us know what you have in mind and we would try our best to accommodate your request. Kindly note that some flavours can incur an extra fee.
 
Do you require any payment at the time of order placement?
For Custom Cakes - a 25% booking fee is required to confirm the order. Remaining balance has to be paid by the due date according to your invoice.
For Pre-Designed Cakes, Crepe Cakes and Small Bakes - Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure order. 
 
How do I pay?
We currently only accept payments via bank transfer.
 
Where do I collect my order?
Collection is from our residence based in NR3 area in Norwich, Norfolk. Full address will be sent to you once your order is confirmed.

Do you offer delivery?
Delivery is available for an additional cost and only available within Norwich and close by outskirt postcodes. Delivery is not included within the price.

Do you make fondant cakes?
All our cakes are covered in our delicious Swiss meringue buttercream. We do not offer fondant covered cakes at this time.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
At this time, we do not offer vegan, gluten-free, etc., options. Our cakes are baked in a kitchen that contains nuts, and our products may contain, or come into contact with milk, eggs, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. Please notify your guests if they have allergies.

Do you take last minute orders?
Depending on availability we can sometimes cater to last minute orders with certain limitations.
