Heyy heyy, I’m Enna, the self-taught baker behind Maxmama’s Bakes.

I started baking in 2021 because I simply wanted to make birthday cakes for my son. I never imagined it would turn into something I genuinely love, but over the years I realised baking had become a real passion of mine.

​

I grew up in Thailand, so my cakes are heavily inspired by Asian bakeries, light, fluffy sponges with flavours that aren’t overly sweet. Since moving to the UK in 2016, I’ve also discovered a love for Western-style cakes, especially Eastern European cakes with lots of layers, fruit compotes, mousses and different textures. I love combining those influences to create cakes that are balanced, interesting and, most importantly, delicious.

I’m fully registered and insured, hygiene and allergens trained, and I run my small business the right way following all the rules & regulations.

I’m always happy to chat ideas and I truly appreciate your kind support. By being responsible for both my main career and my son’s schedules, I’ve only got limited space, so don’t leave it too late to book ☺️
