I work exclusively with Swiss meringue buttercream, known for its silky-smooth texture and light, creamy taste that’s never overly sweet. This style of buttercream creates an elegant finish while remaining stable, making it ideal for detailed designs and structured cakes.
Swiss meringue buttercream allows for delicate piping, sharp edges and intricate decorative details that hold their shape beautifully. Its stability also makes it a great choice for celebrations that require the cake to be displayed for longer periods.

♥ Servings are based on party portions at approximately 2” by 1" per cutting portion. (please see below photo for reference)
♥ Prices shown are starting prices for iced round, single tier vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream and minimal piping detail - jam is also available (please ask). Any other sponge type, filling type, toppers, faux flowers, more intricate piping or any other toppings will be additionally quoted.
